    I was coaching a couple this morning and telling them about this. I've had a new line come to me this morning and I've no idea where it came from but I'm loving it. I got to the train station a few minutes early and as I was walking to the train I heard myself say out loud "I just totally rocked getting here!" Everything I do today I'm telling myself that I've just totally rocked doing it and I'm feeling great :-)
    I like your ideas about putting it into a journal and on post it notes. Going to do that this afternoon. Thanks for the video :-)
