In today’s training video I’m going to show you how your emotional state is everything!
The quality of your personal or professional life is largely determined by the quality of the emotional states you live in day to day — states like love, anger, happiness, hopeless, fear and confidence.

There are a few things that affect the quality of your life quicker than developing a positive attitude. The challenge is “positive attitude” seems a bit soft, wooly, fluffy and easy to dismiss. In the real world (especially the corporate world) “attitude” rarely carries the same weight as words like “skill” and “knowledge” and “work ethic.”

Researchers (people much cleverer than me!) are proving otherwise. Learning how your mind works and how to incorporate positive thoughts and emotions can help improve many areas, including health, work, family and social relationships.

If emotions you are experiencing in any area of your life are make you miserable, you can get in control of them. Your thinking causes you to feel certain emotions, and your thinking is something you can control.

What you can’t control are the setbacks and knock-backs life brings. Controlling your emotions simply means that you will be able to deal with them better because your emotions will not make the matters worse.

Being able to change your state of mind proactively means that you are in control. You are in control of how effectively you function and more importantly, how you feel, regardless of the events around you.

Operating at your ultimate mindset will having you taking your life to the next level. Your creative ideas will multiply. Your abilities to achieve will multiply. Your communication with the world will multiply. Your relationships will multiply. Everything you do, you will do that much better.

Dedicate yourself to strengthening your mind power by the day using the 4 P’s (explained in the video). It will drive you like nothing else can. Knowing that you can elevate your emotional state at anytime is a powerful feeling. It will empower you like nothing else can.

Plus (and it’s a big plus) focused positive thinking, over time, will influence your subconscious so accessing a positive state becomes automatic.

    Feelings aren't chosen if that were the case we'd all feel happy all the time! Feeling states arise spontaneously and if someone disrespects me I will feel upset. I can choose not to react but the feeling itself is not a choice it is a fact. And many people's health is not good through no fault of their own and feeling happy and positive is not an option. It's true that anyone can choose a positive perspective or attitude that can help but by itself won't change things fundamentally. This is my problem with this kind of philosophy is it's the philosophy of magical thinking and is divorced from reality of how things actually are. And a mind out of touch with reality will just be deluded from the fact that some things are possible and some things are not. That bad things happen to good positive people and good things happen to those who are bad and don't try any of this shit!

    I grew up in a very negative family environment, so learning to train myself to think positively is not an easy task, as I constantly catch myself falling back into negative thought patterns. The good thing is I catch myself, the better thing is I'm working at fixing it. Thank you Colin 20!! :)

    Such wonderful tools that I apply everyday. I rated you a 10 Colin because I have been working on applying these principles that you talk about here & it is working for me.  My life has always felt like I was living on the edge of a narrow cliff ledge and I knew I had to make changes in my thought process in order to feel better about it. So I listen & practice everyday things just like what you are talking about here. Its all true… our thoughts create our lives.

    Thank you for the nice video. Love it! Agree with it one hundred percent. There is one important facet that the video does not touch upon. "Purpose is the key". If the purpose is aligned with Love and Light then and only then with the methods given in this video work. If the purposes are aligned with darkness (basically selfishness), then nothing will come to pass. Fellow Co-Creators please keep the purpose foremost in your mind. The video correctly points out that beliefs are held at the subconscious level and the mind automatically turns your ideas into physical reality. I would like to add ideals to beliefs. Ideals and beliefs with the correct purpose is the right path to Love, Light and prosperity. God Bless.
