   ok its just one of those restless sleepless night for me. im looking forward to getting new glasses today. sometimes when im looking forward to something the next day, i cant sleep too well and its one of those nights. its 3:30 am this video did help a bit, it did put me in a trance and hypnotized me, when you kept saying deeper and deeper and deeper sleep, deeper deeper(you kept saying deeper A lot at one point, i cant find that part now lol) but thats when i was aware i was in a real deep trance! it was so real. really cool! and i slept for a few hours! im just up for a smoke, something to drink then gonnna try something else. some other video. I'll check out your other ones too! I remember you from Stickam Jody! when stickam site wasnt shut down. Its good to see you on youtube here. thanks for these :)

    Hey jody I was just wondering I saw something about a higher self meditation on your Facebook but I can't find the video?? Higher self sounds really cool, esp since I'm trying to learn astral projection. Thank you!! You're the best (I'm serious you're the best guided meditation speaker I've ever heard)
