I have been practising – Clear the path, not only cloth but I also prepare my lunch (salad) and refrigerate at night. I am so dependent on this habit. I live alone so accountability thing..does not seems to happen. Will reward myself too!

I make a calendar on Google and have every single hour accounted for. That way I can have a visual representation of how I am spending my time and if I am wasting any time on unproductive activities. I allot time for sleep, work, school, leisure, exercise, and my to-do list. This system works great for me.
