    I'm new to meditating everything was great till the end just after my mind finally cleared….
    Maybe someone can help, I started making solutions to some deep problems I have but then I got really negative when I realized I was thinking about them towards the end of my meditation… Weird? Maybe I can't let go of negative thoughts?
