1. Change Jobs – First and foremost if you are unhappy with your job and you don’t enjoy the tasks that you are given each day to do then you have to change jobs for your sanity. You can lie to yourself and say that you enjoy what you are doing even when you don’t but that will only get you through so many days of the work week.
Remember this. There are many people who stay in their jobs out of fear of not being able to get another one and they live their life complaining and unhappy when they could have just took a shot at a new job and spent their life doing what they loved.
2. Get Your Sleep – If you get the right amount of sleep every night then this will allow you to have more energy to deal with problems effectively throughout the day like finishing extra work or running from that annoying co-worker.
3. Take Your Breaks – There are many people who work through their breaks thinking that they will get more done in the work day but the truth is the quality of your work is suffering from this and your stress level is also suffering.
You have to take a few minutes to let your mind think about something other than work to be at your most productive self throughout the day and you will become frustrated very easily if you don’t. Even after a 10 minute break you will find yourself more productive.
4. Eat a Healthy Lunch – Do not opt in for processed or fried foods for lunch and do not overeat during lunch or your work will pay for it after lunch. When we overeat or eat unhealthy food our bodies use tons of energy to digest this mess of food, which means the energy that should be going towards work will be busy and you will not be that productive and you will feel negative about your days progress and possibly having to be there.
5. Do Not Join In The Misery – It can be hard not to get caught up in the complaining and negativity that your co-workers put out but if you want to have a better outlook about your job then you need to put a stop to it and no longer let other people drag you down.
If everyone else is complaining about the meeting that is going to soak up all of your work day then you can be the one that talks about how the meeting is going to teach you things to make your job easier or better and you are looking forward to it. If you don’t think that talking about it will do anything then at least avoid the talk and think the positive thoughts for yourself. The truth is when most people are in a land of negativity they can’t see the positive side of things and won’t engage in that kind of talk anywase.
6. Do Not Let Your Coworkers Bully You – There is so much bullying going on in today’s workplace that it’s almost as if high school has taken over everywhere.
There are the people who think they are better than you and let you know it at every turn. There are the clicks that talk about you while you walk by or behind your back. There is the boss that makes you feel as though you are worthless and not able to do your job properly. There are so many people at work that want to bring you down to their level of misery and they can be hard if not impossible to avoid.
The thing is you have to fix the problem or you will suffer through your days and drag it home after work with you and make yourself even more unhappy.
Either stand up for yourself and tell them directly that they can’t treat you like this or talk to someone higher up than them. Sometimes you boss may be the one bullying you and in that case you have to go over their head.
Whatever you do, do not be afraid of the outcome as you don’t deserve to spend your time being bullied anywhere, let alone a place you are trying to do a job.

The thing about protein is that it helps to build lean muscle, which is great for losing bodyfat, but it also raises your metabolism since it’s so expensive to your body to breakdown protein. So the higher our metabolism is the greater the chance of losing stomach fat.
Now carbohydrates aren’t the enemy, they can be if they are eaten in large quantities over a short period of time. If they are eaten postworkout then they won’t harm you since they’ll be used to increase your recovery from the intense training session that was just performed. But if you don’t work out then there’s no reason that you should be eating carbs. No workout then no carbs.
Lastly you want to focus on your sleep. Try to get 6-8 hours of sleep and you’ll be refreshed and ready to lose fat.

Then write this out so that you can see the goal and the steps for the plan of action. Then start with step no 1 and work and focus only on that step till it is finished then strike it off the chart this helps you see results. Assess the situation, develop a plan of action, Set some goals to achieve it, and see it through. The storm may rage all around you, but you will be able to take control of your life again.
5. Not allowing negative emotions to overwhelm you – You may have been beaten sore, but there is still breathe in you. Acknowledge the setback, analyze what went wrong, create a plan for change and anchor to it so you can continue the fight. The world may have been unfair, but you are only going to cry in your closet for only a little while. Every experience will lead to more wisdom; every adversity has the seed of a greater benefit. Things that seem to be adversities turn out to be opportunities in disguise
6. Persistence – Most people do not achieve their success and happiness because they give up after a few setbacks or signs of trouble. It is the 10th job interview where they never even call you back. Its the 100th time you fell on your butt while learning to snowboard. Its any rough patch you have to get through before achieving your big goal. Success is only a step away, or maybe a few more steps. Never give up.
7. Believe – Even if everything and everyone tells you it wont work. You have talents, skills, and abilities, at your fingertips to continue pushing forward. Every trial and error, every misstep, every fall, has taught you something if nothing else than I know this approach doesnt work. It is said that Thomas Edison tried and failed over 1000 times to invent the incandescent light bulb before he succeeded, and when asked about his failures he replied, at least I know 1000 ways not to invent it Your belief in yourself and what you are trying to accomplish is vital, you have to believe.
8. Seek divine guidance If you are a spiritual person. When you are overwhelmed, when bad things happen, when you are stuck and find no way out, seek comfort in your higher power. Search the scriptures for uplifting words and motivation, identify with those who have tried and failed and what they endured to succeed.
9. Keep the big picture in mind Distractions and pettiness, they can irritate you and cause your focus to fade. Never lose sight of what you are here for and keep your eyes on your vision and goal. Former President of the United States Harry Truman once said a pessimist is one who makes difficulties of his opportunities, and an optimist is one who makes opportunities of his difficulties. You can revise them as the situation changes but always keep your eye on the prize.
10. Accepting your lot – Adapting while being content in the midst of situations. Remember the serenity prayer- Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. You have to play the hand you are dealt in life, but who says you cant shuffle the cards a bit? I look at it like this, as the old saying goes When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!
11. Bring joy and hope to the lives of others – The most meaningful moments are those when lives are touched by our kindness and sharing of good fortunes. We exist for each other, what is a mans worth but for those who call him friend. Meaningful moments often involve people, and touching lives. Our inherent desire to pursue happiness is intertwined with our relationships and connection to people, True happiness is only achieved when we have someone to share in our success or when we have the opportunity to share in someone elses.
